The CHR website has been designed to be viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater. If you do not have IE 6.0, it is available for download from http://www.microsoft.com/

Have You Installed Service Pack 2?

The site also is designed to be viewed using IE 6.0 with Service Pack 2. SP2 offers numerous security protections and updated functionality. To download SP2, go to the Windows update center at http://www.microsoft.com/

Is The Browser Set for Java?

Java is a programming language that enables many dynamic elements on web pages. The CHR toolbar on the left uses Java applets (programs). To enable these, open Internet Explorer. Click Tools, Internet Options, then the Advanced tab. Scroll down and make sure the Use Java dialog box is checked.  You may need to restart your computer.
